Mindy teaches anything from beginners to advanced classes including a fun and flowing weight loss and toning yoga class. She has also been trained in pre-natal, kids, and seniors yoga. She believes that yoga is for everyone and looks for the beauty of the pose in individual bodies rather than trying to fit everyone into an ideal posture. It soon became a passion of hers and just recently she completed the Green Mountain School of Yoga’s 200+ hour training and she is now a registered yoga teacher. Her teaching style is upbeat and energetic, sprinkled with bits of yoga philosophy.
