Mindy is an E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher Trainer) and the owner, director, and lead teacher at Green Mountain Yoga. She found her life’s passion when she began teaching yoga and sharing its many gifts to others. Mindy teaches a vinyasa (flowing) style of hatha yoga. She has experience teaching anything from beginners to advanced classes including a fun and flowing weight loss and toning yoga class, athletes yoga, rejuvenation yoga, and power yoga. She has also been trained in pre-natal, kids, and seniors yoga.
Mindy believes that yoga is for everyone and looks for the beauty of the pose in individual bodies rather than trying to fit everyone into an ideal posture. Thus, the style Mindy teaches is truly for ANY body. She teaches students to discover yoga for themselves loving and accepting their bodies, minds and spirits as they are today, in the present moment. She creates a supportive and nurturing environment for students to experience all yoga has to offer.
